This apartment is indeed located in the golden triangle of the city, in the middle of the district of Guéliz, at about 10 minutes from the Medina, in a very quiet little street, away from traffic. This district is close to the famous square Djemaa El Fna, shopping areas as well as other services and commodities: Coffee shops and Restaurants, Banks, Markets, Tourist Office, Night Clubs, Luxury stores, Cinemas...
The magnificent Majorelle garden (Yves Saint Laurent’s house), at about 7-8 minutes away, represents a very quiet, romantic and pleasant walk.
With this central location, no need for you to take a taxi to discover the city! And this is an enormous advantage provided that it gets more and more difficult to find taxis in Marrakech.
Located at the first floor of a secured and guarded luxury residence, Anissa looks onto the beautiful gardens of neighboring villas. The accommodation is entirely equipped with double glazing windows, which reinforces its quietness.
A private and secured garage is also to be found in the basement.

Anissa rental is a sublime and very luxurious apartment, entirely new, which we designed and fitted up for our own stays in Marrakech. The interior design is particularly refined, the equipment is complete and the furniture is rich and comfortable.
Each piece of furniture or object is unique and hand-crafted.
Fabrics are, for the most, made of finely weaved and embroidered precious silk. We called upon the best craftsmen in Marrakech and applied the most elaborated interior design techniques: sculpted plaster, finely engraved stucco…
You will easily understand that we are very attentive with the selection of the persons we welcome in this magnificent apartment. We therefore privilege no smoking and tidy people.
The apartment offers a comfortable and luxurious 100 M² floor area and can welcome 4 persons, including:
- A large living room
- A dining room
- A very convivial and well-equipped kitchen, opening on the living and dining rooms
- A flat screen TV, with high quality ADSL Broadband connection (French and international channels)
- A DVD player
- An unlimited high speed wifi connection to the Internet is also provided, together with a phone allowing to call Moroccan phone numbers for free in the evening and at weekends.
- A mobile phone with a local Moroccan phone number will be given to you at your arrival (and will avoid you roaming fees).
Furthermore, apart from this high-tech equipment, we have also been very careful with general comfort and you will also find in the apartment:
- A washing-machine (8kg)
- A ventilated cold fridge and freezer with ice-cubes maker
- A built-in oven A microwave oven
- A kettle and a coffee machine

- An electric fruit squeezer

- The very cozy private lounge and its starry bathroom, ideal for relaxation! You will feel like in a dream, like in the Flower of the Arabian Nights, surrounded by turquoise and emerald colors. . .
- The second bedroom, as much cozy, with two 90cm beds adorned with genuine silk and its second private traditional bathroom, designed like ancient hammams, with independent WC, where you will sit on one of both benches, to enjoy the pleasure of the moment.
- You will find in each bathroom a magnificent mirror and soft towels, to get dolled up.
- We also provide local traditional products: black soap, scrub, body milk, Argan oil, etc… (Optional)
- You will also find in this part of the apartment a large dressing room.
- Moreover, two balconies, extending in each side of the apartment, contribute to the exceptional quality of this accomodation
Swimming Pool
To relax an refresh after a hard day sightseeing and discovering Marrakech, you will, if you wish to, choose between 3 swimming pools (2 luxurious ones and a more simple one) located at most at 150 m away from the residence (with little extra fees).
